QUALITY CONTROL

It is our belief that “Quality” is not just another buzz word used by Sales and Marketing. It is a state of mind that we are continually instilling in our employees. Quality starts with design and ends with shipment of the product. All employees can improve quality by out performing their internal or external customer’s expectations.

PROJECT ENGINEERING

Our team of engineers is dedicated to taking your project from conceptual design through first part approval, tool machining, prototyping, and production run start-to-finish. A Project Engineer will be assigned to your project to insure that all dates are met and specifications are obtained.

DESIGN ENGINEERING

Allied Plastics can provide a highly engineered solution to fit your need. Whether your need calls for creating a design, matching a current specification, reverse engineering or assembly ingenuity, we will find the solution. Our skilled professionals use state of the art equipment and ProEngineer 3D product design software to insure your product will be manufactured to your exact requirements and specifications time after time.

We can accept many popular CAD formats using PS-Exchange which is a powerful stand alone CAD translator program.

IN-HOUSE TOOL BUILD

Allied’s Tooling Center will cut a wood pattern from our 3D model Cad file using CNC equipment. Sample parts will be run on the pattern for your approval. Once approved, a cast of the pattern will be made and the precision tool will be detailed with water lines and vacuum holes to achieve maximum performance. This tool becomes the “master key” of the process to provide peak efficiency and consistency of your parts time after time.

MANUFACTURING

Whether your part is vacuum-formed, twin-sheeted, or pressure-formed, there’s one thing our processes all have in common. That’s our commitment to precision engineering, supported by eight state-of-the-art manufacturing machines. Throughout the production process, our in-house inspection team and CNC routing machines maintain the highest levels of accuracy in order to deliver parts of unsurpassed consistency and quality.

INTERNAL SYSTEMS

Allied Plastics, Inc. has created and documented internal systems that are highly effective. Then we took it a step further and assembled this documentation into a system called “AlliedHome”. AlliedHome is an internal web site that allows all our employees to have access to any and all of the information they need to perform their job quickly and accurately. This web site contains our Quality System Procedures, Work Instructions, Prints, and Production Schedules.
